Eligible residence qualifications for high-level professionals and technical training are scheduled to start from July 25. However, specific skills from April seem to be out of scope for the time being.
The types of visas that can be processed are:
1. Application for permission to renew period of stay when continuing activities with the same status of residence
2. Application for permission for non-qualified activities to receive compensation for activities that do not belong to the status of residence, such as part-time work for foreign students
3. Re-entry permit application necessary for leaving the country temporarily
In addition, as a condition, those who have not been punished by immigration or labor laws within the past five years need to make a proposal in advance.
